Moriah L. Macklin is a Research Data Analyst at the Williams Institute. Her research interests center around social policy, equity, and social insurance programs, including child care access and federal food assistance. She also enjoys using quantitative and qualitative methodologies in her research. Her previous work at the Brookings Institution’s Hamilton Project examined why the median incomes of same-sex households differ from each other and their opposite-sex counterparts. Moriah holds a B.A. in Economics from California State University, Long Beach.
