Will Tentindo

Staff Attorney

Will Tentindo, J.D., is a Staff Attorney at the Williams Institute. His research interests include reproductive justice and healthcare, incarceration and the criminal justice system, and intersectional discrimination. Previous work includes an assessment of Medicaid policies on gender-affirming care. He served as the Director of Policy and Community Engagement for Indian Child Welfare on the Tribal Court for the Mattakeeset Massachuset Tribe. He was also the former Community Outreach Chair for both the Dukeminier Awards Journal for Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Law and UCLA Law’s OUTLaw. He received his J.D. in 2021 from UCLA School of Law with a concentration in Critical Race Studies and holds a B.S. in Journalism with minors in Political Science and Film & Television from Boston University.
