Transgender People in the US

This interactive provides estimates of the transgender population ages 13 and older on the national, regional, and state levels. It also provides data by age and race/ethnicity.

LGBT Demographics

This interactive provides demographic and socioeconomic information about same-sex couples and LGBT individuals at the national, state, and local levels. The data can be filtered by gender and race.

Race and Well-Being Among LGBT Adults

This interactive highlights key socioeconomic and well-being measures across six racial and ethnic groups in the U.S. Results can be filtered by racial group and LGBT status.

LGBTQ People in the US

This interactive summarizes key findings on a variety of LGBTQ-relevant topics, including relationships and parenting, victimization, and health. The data can be filtered by three major SOGI groups.

LGBT Adults in Metro Areas

This interactive highlights population estimates of LGBT adults in the 55 largest metropolitan areas in the United States. It also provides key demographic and socioeconomic information by metro area and state.

The LGBT Divide

This interactive presents a data portrait of LGBT people across five U.S. regions with a focus on the socioeconomic experiences of LGBT people living in states without state-level sexual orientation nondiscrimination laws.
