Joshua Arrayales, J.D., is a Legal Fellow at the Williams Institute. His research interests include health law, bioethics, administrative law, and police practices. During law school, he completed internships at the Center for WorkLife Law and Kaiser Permanente’s NorCal Regional Ethics Department. He also served as a staff editor for the Journal on Gender and Justice and as an Executive Acquisitions Co-Editor for the Constitutional Quarterly, both located within the University of California College of Law in San Francisco. Joshua received his J.D. with a concentration in health law from the University of California College of Law in San Francisco and holds a B.A. in Public Policy and Philosophy from New York University.
