This webinar provides information about the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Judicial Mentorship Program, which aims to assist in the recruitment and development of a qualified, inclusive, and diverse judicial applicant pool. The program was designed by Los Angeles Superior Court judges in collaboration with the Office of Governor Gavin Newsom to identify, encourage and provide mentors for all individuals considering a judicial career. The program aims to educate the California legal community about the Governor’s judicial criteria and commitment to appointing a capable bench that reflects California’s rich diversity.
