Floyd Mills is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at CoStar Group. With more than 20 years of experience as a diversity practitioner, he is a leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion. He has designed and developed programs, across and variety of industries in both the private and social sectors. His background includes strategic planning, pipeline management, metrics, community building, and curriculum development. Floyd has supported the Williams Institute for several years, serving on the DC Leadership Council and as a former co-chair of the Institute’s DC Spring Reception. A native Washingtonian, Floyd lives in the Capitol Hill area and serves as the Vice President of the Capitol Hill Community Foundation.
