Are We There Yet? LGBTQ Rights and the Bostock Decision

On June 15, the Supreme Court, in a 6-3 ruling, affirmed that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects employees against discrimination based on their sexual orientation or gender identity. Our distinguished panel, including Alphonso David, Cary Franklin, Andrea Marra, and Brad Sears, will examine the landmark decision, explore the implications for other state and federal non-discrimination laws, and discuss comments from one of the plaintiff’s family members.
