Kim is the Educational Programs Coordinator and Administrative Specialist at the Williams Institute. Kim’s history of LGBTQ advocacy includes speaking before the California State Assembly on behalf of Harvey Milk Day along with co-directing a documentary that screened at the Frameline Film Festival in 2009. Previously, Kim has served as a graduate assistant at Arizona State University as well as San Francisco State University and worked as a Digital Programs Coordinator for The Trevor Project. Kim has a Master’s of Advanced Study in Film in Media from Arizona State University and graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice Studies, a minor in LGBT Studies, and a certificate in Conflict Resolution.
