Two Cheers for Bostock: What the Decision Means for the Future of LGBT Rights, Racial Justice, and Democracy

The Supreme Court’s decision in Bostock v. Clayton County was a great triumph for the LGBT rights movement. But it’s not all cause for celebration. In fact, much of what the Court in Bostock said raises serious concerns, not only for the future of LGBT and sex-based rights but also for racial justice and democracy itself.
