A Queer Guide to Saving American Democracy

Robin Maril, Professor of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law at Willamette University, will visit UCLA Law for a lunchtime talk on her new book, “A Queer Guide to Saving American Democracy.” Professor Maril’s book explores the growing threat of fascism and authoritarianism in the U.S. and argues that it should be fought through queer transformative democratic resistance and community action. Lunch will be provided.
