This year, the Legacy Gala on April 4 will bring together over 300 people, elected officials, judges, academics, celebrities, and others for a cocktail hour and formal seated dinner in honor of our founder Chuck Williams, who passed away in April 2023.
We are pleased to announce that Billy Porter, MaryMartha Ford, and their late mother, Cloerinda Jean Johnson Porter-Ford, will receive the 2024 Visionary Leadership Award. This year’s Impact Award will recognize Juan Battle’s Research as a Presidential Professor at C.U.N.Y., and we will present the Corporate Ally Award to Covington & Burling LLP.
