Tana Ryan is a partner in Weil’s Private Equity practice and the Managing Partner of Weil’s Los Angeles office. She advises private equity funds and public and private companies in a wide variety of corporate transactions, including complex mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and minority investments. Tana works to further diversity and inclusion efforts in the legal industry through mentoring, participation in panels and speaking engagements, and the development of initiatives designed to create inroads for historically underrepresented individuals in the legal community. Tana was named one of the 2024 “Top 100 Lawyers” in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal and has been recognized as one of the most influential women by the Los Angeles Business Journal in 2018 and 2021.
