James Frost is the Co-Founder and Principal Managing Member of Frost/Chaddock Developers, LCC, which develops and manages residential and mixed-use commercial properties in Los Angeles. With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, James handles all acquisition and development decisions at Frost/Chaddock and is the managing member of all syndicated investments. James is an active supporter of many charitable organizations in Los Angeles. He frequently opens his home to introduce others to the work of these organizations as well as to candidates for elected office.
