Rubeen Guardado, M.P.H., is a Policy Analyst at the Williams Institute. His research interests center around equity and access to social services. Rubeen has experience as a data analyst and has worked on projects addressing gaps in healthcare access and patient care affecting marginalized groups in his previous role at the Tufts Medical Center. Project topics included epidemiological studies investigating PrEP interest among MSM in Mexico, effects of malnutrition in elderly indigenous men in Guatemala, and COVID testing interest among hospital workers. Rubeen holds an M.P.H with a concentration in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Tufts University, and a B.A. in Global Health from the University of California, San Diego.
