Robby Sachs is the UC President’s Public Service Fellow at the Williams Institute. He will support the research and activities of the senior legal scholars by producing impactful legal and multi-disciplinary research on discrimination and disparities facing LGBTQ populations, LGBTQ families, criminal justice, and immigration, among other issues. Before joining the Williams Institute in 2021, Robby attended UCLA School of Law where he graduated with a specialization in Public Interest Law and Policy from the David J. Epstein Program in Public Interest. While at UCLA, he worked at Bet Tzedek Legal Services as a Fellow providing research and support for non-discrimination cases as a part of the Transgender Medical-Legal Partnership between Bet Tzedek and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. He received his B.S. in Business Administration with focuses in Social Entrepreneurship and International Business from the University of Southern California.
