November 9 – Developmental Considerations for Research on Minority Stress
Featuring Jeremy T. Goldbach, Ph.D., LMSW, Assistant Professor at the University of Southern California’s Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work
This presentation will cover the importance of human development (milestones of adolescence, Erickson, etc.) and how this can also affect trajectory modeling, ethical concerns (IRB, parents, etc.), recruitment (what seems to work and doesn’t), what stresses them out that may be different from adults, and some of what we’ve learned on how they cope.
